Annual Contract - Asbestos and Lead Abatement

The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified contractors for an annual contract to provide asbestos and lead abatement services on an as-needed basis. The contract may be awarded for up to five years with an initial not-to-exceed cumulative amount of $1,000,000.00. The work will be determined by individual work orders issued by the county, with each work order generally being less than $100,000. • The contractor must possess all professional licenses or certifications required by the State of Florida and/or Palm Beach County for performing asbestos and lead abatement services. • The contractor must submit a qualification application package, which can be downloaded from the county's online Vendor Self-Service system or obtained by sending an email to [email protected]. • A non-mandatory conference will be held on July 9, 2026, at 1:30 P.M. at the Palm Beach County Capital Improvements Division.
