The Veterans Health Administration’s Eastern Oklahoma VETS system is seeking 10 handheld tonometers (Pen Avia Starter Kits) for the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK. The devices must be new, domestic end‑products, OEM‑authorized, and meet detailed functional specifications (handheld, battery‑operated, measurement range 5‑55 mmHg, LCD display, self‑test, etc.). Delivery is FOB destination to the VA clinic between 0800‑1500 on a mutually agreed date; no work is required on federal holidays.
