Towable Cellular Antenna Mast Trailer (Cell on Wheels - COW)

Iowa State University of Science and Technology is soliciting proposals for a Towable Cellular Antenna Mast Trailer (Cell on Wheels - COW). The university is seeking a contractor to provide the goods and/or services described in the RFP. The proposal should include all requirements, terms, and conditions that the contractor may have. The university may accept or reject any or all proposals and may request additional documents or clarifications after the due date. The contract will be awarded based on the criteria set forth in the RFP documents. • The contractor must submit all questions in the "Questions" tab related to this bid opportunity. • The contractor must identify all parties who will be involved in the performance of the contract. • The contractor must clearly state any exceptions to or deviations from the RFP documents. • The contractor is responsible for any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposal.
