Production of Minnesota Conservation Volunteer mag

The State of Minnesota is seeking a qualified vendor to provide prepress, cover wrap, printing, packaging, delivery, and mailing services for the Minnesota Conservation Volunteer magazine. The selected contractor will be responsible for all production-related services required to support the complete publishing process. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $400,000 to $460,000. The term of this contract is anticipated to be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028, with the option to extend up to an additional 36 months. Some key responsibilities of the contractor include: * Prepress preparation * Proof creation * Color review and approval workflows * Cover wrap design preparation, printing, finishing, and application * Paper procurement * Printing * Binding * Labeling * Packaging * Mailing * Shipping of finished product * Supplemental mailing services The contractor will be required to collaborate closely with staff from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely delivery of all production-related services.
