ACTIFLOW POLYMER

The Town of Manchester is soliciting bids for polymer for the Town's Actiflow unit. The successful bidder will provide Hydrex 3769 or an approved equivalent product, meeting the specified performance requirements. The product will be delivered in 275-gallon totes, with a total estimated quantity of 1,375 gallons per year. The contract term will be from the date of award to February 28, 2026, with an option to extend for up to four additional one-year periods. The bidder must provide product and analytical data, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) or Safety Data Sheet (SDS), and other required documentation. Deliveries must be made within seven days after receipt of order, and the bidder must specify their delivery time. • The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. • The Town reserves the right to waive technical defects and to make such awards as it deems in its sole discretion to be in the best interest of the Town. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The bidder must provide insurance coverage as specified in the bid documents. • The bidder must provide a certificate of analysis for each shipment. • The Town will not pay additional fees for freight or surcharges.
