Budget estimate

$250,000 – $500,000

The budget for this opportunity can be estimated based on the number of summits, the number of attendees, and the services required. Assuming an average of 100 attendees per summit, and considering the costs of meeting space, audio visual services, food and beverage, and lodging accommodations, the total cost per summit could be in the range of $50,000 to $100,000. With five summits, the total budget could be between $250,000 and $500,000. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget could vary depending on the specifics of the contract and the vendors' bids.
