The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking proposals for pest control and extermination services at the USCG Base in New Orleans, Louisiana. The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive pest management services, including recurring and unscheduled services, for above and below ground infestations of pests such as cockroaches, ants, spiders, termites, mice, rats, and other rodents. The services must be performed in strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as USCG, EPA, and OSHA standards. The contract period will consist of an initial one-year base period, followed by four additional one-year option periods. • The contractor must provide all labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment, supervision, and personnel necessary to perform the services. • The contractor must respond to unscheduled service calls within one calendar day and provide comprehensive reporting, including quarterly service reports and structural pest inspection reports. • All personnel must be properly trained, certified, and licensed to perform pest control and extermination services. • The contractor must comply with Department of Labor Wage Determination No.: 2015-5189, ensuring all personnel are compensated in accordance with prevailing wage requirements.
