The City of Middletown, Ohio is seeking a development team to redevelop several city-owned properties in the downtown area. The properties include the Manchester Inn, the Snider Building, the First National Bank building, Swallen's Lot, and the North Broad Street lots. The City is looking for a team that can create a signature redevelopment effort and work with the City in a public-private partnership to fully execute and complete the agreed proposals.
