Public Affairs Section Notice of Funding Opportunity 2020

The U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh Public Affairs Section is seeking proposals for projects that strengthen ties between the U.S. and Cambodia through cultural and exchange programming. The projects should highlight shared values and promote bilateral cooperation, and must include an American cultural element. The priority program areas include celebrating the 70th anniversary of U.S.-Cambodia diplomatic relations, affirming support for human rights and LGBTQI-focused outreach, protecting press freedoms, and promoting economic growth and sustainable development.
