The proposal should include a detailed description of the proposed project, operational capacity, and experience. • The facility is 108’x60’ and began operating in 2022. • The facility is suitable for hydroponics or greenhouse-based food production. • The City is flexible and open to proposals that demonstrate value to the community. • The proposal should be submitted as a single PDF, limited to 18 pages, and include sections on qualification factors, supportive information, and project concept. • The City reserves the right to issue a formal Request for Proposals or enter negotiations directly with a respondent.
