The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking bids for the supply of two rotary screw compressors for the Yellowtail Power Plant in Montana. The compressors must meet specific requirements, including a minimum capacity of 488 acfm at 110 psig and a full load operating pressure of 105 psig. The contract includes a 12-month warranty and requires the contractor to provide on-site operations, maintenance, and safety training for power plant staff. The delivery location is the Yellowtail Dam, and the delivery must be completed by November 20, 2026. • The compressors must be of the single stage, oil-flooded rotary screw type • The compressors must be equipped with a 100 HP nominal, 460 Volt, 60 Hz, 3 phase, EISA energy efficient drive motor • The compressors must be duty rated for continuous operation 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year at the specified full load operating pressure of 110 psig • The compressors must be equipped with a metallic removable sound reducing enclosure with a maximum manufacturer’s sound pressure level of 77 dBA when installed on the compressor • The compressors must be equipped with an air-cooled aftercooler and oil cooler • The compressors must be assembled at site of installation onto a rigid steel base with forklift slots
