CITY HALL SECURITY CAMERAS UPGRADE PROJECT

The City of Laguna Niguel is seeking a qualified contractor to fully upgrade the security‑camera surveillance system at City Hall. The work includes removal of the existing system, supply and installation of new IP‑based cameras (both interior and exterior), associated network infrastructure, cloud‑connected video‑management software, recording/storage hardware, monitoring displays, and complete system commissioning, training, and documentation. The contractor must hold appropriate California low‑voltage/electrical licenses, comply with prevailing‑wage rules, and provide required bonds and insurance. • Remove existing cameras, cabling, and mounts; dispose of them properly. • Install 12 new Axis IP cameras (6 interior, 6 exterior), PoE switches, CAT6 cabling, video decoders, and two monitoring displays. • Provide Arcules VMS licensing, 90‑day cloud storage, system configuration, testing, training, and close‑out documentation.
