Re-Bid In Direct Cost Rate

The City of New Orleans is seeking proposals from qualified firms to prepare annual actual indirect cost rates, training, and negotiation of the cost allocation plan and indirect rates with the city's federal cognizant agency. The selected firm will be responsible for overseeing and performing the work requested in the RFP. The City has established a DBE goal of 35 percent for this RFP. • The RFP includes a detailed description of the scope of work, evaluation criteria, and contract terms and conditions. • The City encourages respondents to review the RFP carefully and submit complete and responsive proposals. • The City reserves the right to cancel or modify the solicitation at any time. • The contract will be awarded to the respondent whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the City. • The City will negotiate the final contract with the selected respondent. • The contract will include provisions for payment, performance measures, and termination.
