Architect-Engineer Services

The Social Security Administration is seeking firms to provide multi-discipline Architect and Engineer (A-E) services on a nationwide scale. The agency intends to negotiate a single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with an A-E firm that is determined to be the most highly qualified/most preferred. Firms will be evaluated on their demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. • The contract will be for A-E services on a nationwide scale. • The agency will negotiate a single-award, IDIQ contract. • Firms will be evaluated on their demonstrated competence and qualifications. • The contract will be awarded in accordance with 40 U.S.C. chapter 11 and part 36 of the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO).
