Rowan University is seeking a single‑prime‑contract natural‑gas supplier to provide 100 % of its gas consumption across three campuses (Glassboro, Stratford, Camden). The vendor must handle daily/monthly nominations, assume all upstream/downstream penalties, and provide both a fixed all‑inclusive price and an index‑based (basis) pricing structure.
