Softball & Baseball Field Renovations – RFP 27‑18

Rowan University is seeking a qualified general contractor to fully renovate its on‑campus softball and baseball fields. The work includes laser‑level grading, replacement of home‑plate and pitching‑rubber assemblies, installation of Rogers “Breakaway” bases, extensive in‑field turf mix applications, sod installation, bullpen reconstruction, and a post‑construction turf‑maintenance program (bi‑weekly in‑season, monthly off‑season). The contract also requires the contractor to manage permits, logistics, site safety, and provide a dedicated foreman for coordination.
