The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a notice of intent to sole source a contract for HOME DICTATION WORK STATIONS with Change Healthcare Holdings, Inc. The contract is for the Change Healthcare Radiology Solutions, and the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) has verified that there are no authorized distributors for this product. The contract will be awarded at a fair and reasonable price that offers the best value to the United States.

* The OEM has verified that there are no authorized SDVOSB, VOSB, or Small Business distributors for this product.
* The facility has unique requirements that necessitate a sole source award.
* The government will not pay for any costs incurred in responding to this notice.
