The Kentucky Community & Technical College System (Madisonville Community College) is seeking a vendor to deliver a complete electro‑aircraft training solution. This includes one new 2022 Velis Electro electric aircraft (FAA‑LSA), a 24‑ft travel trailer, multiple Pipistrel chargers, on‑site delivery, assembly, and comprehensive training for college technicians and flight instructors. The contract requires delivery by the end of May 2026 and completion of a two‑day training workshop by 30 June 2026, with a 10‑point bonus for meeting those milestones. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by 10 April 2026.
• Provide a brand‑new Velis Electro electric aircraft with current inspections and battery pack.
• Supply a travel trailer, four single‑phase and two three‑phase Pipistrel chargers, and handle delivery to Madisonville KY Airport.
• Conduct on‑site aircraft assembly, technician training, and a two‑day flight/maintenance workshop for instructors and students.
• All pricing must be net, FOB Destination, inclusive of freight, with no sales‑tax charges.
