Central Message Switch System

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation is seeking a vendor to provide a Central Message Switch System. The system should be able to handle a large volume of data and provide features such as data migration, testing, and training. The vendor will be responsible for providing a detailed project plan, implementing the system, and providing ongoing support. The contract will be for a period of five years, with the option to renew for an additional five years. Key features of the system include: • Data migration from existing archives • Configuration of the Central Message Switch environment • Testing and validation of the system • Training for end-users • Ongoing support and maintenance The vendor should have experience in implementing similar systems and should be able to provide a detailed plan for the project, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
