South Mountain STU - Building Improvements

The South Mountain Secure Treatment Unit is seeking professional design and engineering services for building improvements. The project includes an addition with kitchen, dining, laundry, administration offices, and a vocational classroom, as well as renovations to office and loading dock areas, conversion of the gymnasium to a weight room, and modifications to the secure perimeter fencing.
