Description
The City of College Park is seeking qualified contractors to perform comprehensive streetscape improvements on Main Street. The work focuses on repairing and resurfacing existing pavement, addressing deterioration, and restoring functional and aesthetic conditions. The contract is awarded on a lump‑sum basis and requires compliance with GDOT and city standards, traffic control, environmental safeguards, and full responsibility for materials, labor, equipment, and disposal.
• Repair damaged pavement sections, remove unsuitable base, and install new asphalt or concrete as specified.
• Perform crack sealing, leveling, and final surface treatments (slurry seal or asphalt overlay).
• Provide ADA‑compliant sidewalks and ramps where required; include utility adjustments, driveway reconstruction, and mailbox replacement.
• Manage traffic control, site safety, erosion control, and debris disposal at no extra cost to the city.
• Submit a fully inclusive lump‑sum bid electronically by Nov 10, 2026; a non‑mandatory virtual pre‑bid meeting is scheduled for Nov 5, 2026.
