Concrete Flatwork Construction, Repair, and Maintenance

The City of Temple Terrace is seeking qualified contractors to provide a wide range of concrete flatwork services on an as‑needed basis throughout the municipality. The scope encompasses new construction, repair, rehabilitation, and maintenance of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, driveways, ADA‑compliant curb ramps, pedestrian pathways, concrete pads, crosswalks, medians, parking areas, retaining walls, and related stormwater infrastructure. Contractors must also be capable of demolition, excavation, trenching, grading, de‑watering, sub‑grade preparation, utility coordination, installation and repair of drainage structures, concrete placement and finishing, pavement restoration, asphalt patching, sodding, landscape restoration, traffic control, erosion control, site cleanup, and provision of all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals required to complete the work in compliance with city standards and all applicable laws. • Covers all concrete flatwork (sidewalks, curbs, ramps, pads, etc.) and related drainage structures. • Requires capabilities from demolition through final finish, including site prep, utility coordination, and permitting. • Work is performed on a “as‑needed” basis, meaning multiple small to medium‑size projects over the contract period.
