AS - PTS Snow Removal 2025

The University of Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide snow removal services for the Logistics, Parking, and Transportation department. The contract will be for a one-time purchase or for multiple transactions or contract pricing for the time period of October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2028, with an additional two-year renewal option. The contractor will be required to provide itemized prices for the services listed and must be registered with the University. The University will give preference to Michigan businesses and American-made goods or services if they are competitively priced and of comparable quality. • The contract will be for a period of three years with an option for a two-year renewal. • The contractor must provide snow removal services for the Logistics, Parking, and Transportation department. • The University will make payment immediately upon invoice approval with supplier enrollment in a University-accepted virtual card payment program. • The contractor must provide information about their company, including size, organizational structure, and experience working with higher education clients, government clients, and commercial clients. • The contractor must provide pricing information, including any discounts or rebates, and must agree to report any discounts and rebates to the University.
