Print and Mailing Services - ADPHT

The State of Arkansas, Office of State Procurement, is seeking a contractor to provide print and mailing services for the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism. The contractor will be responsible for packaging and mailing tourism literature to potential customers across the U.S. The contractor must be able to secure postage permits, provide manifest mailing, and use intelligent mail barcodes. The contractor will also be responsible for storing and inventorying tourism literature, and providing reports on inventory and tracking numbers. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to six additional one-year terms. • The contractor must be able to process electronic file transfers and provide dedicated account management. • The contractor must be able to provide reports on inventory and tracking numbers. • The contractor must be able to secure postage permits and provide manifest mailing. • The contractor must be able to use intelligent mail barcodes and provide package tracking.
