RFP: City Hall & Police Department Redesign

The City of North Pole is seeking a qualified consulting firm to develop complete design and construction documents for expanding and remodeling its City Hall and Police Department complex. The scope includes selective demolition of existing structures, addition of new square footage, and renovation of existing spaces to produce “shovel‑ready” construction documents that can be used to procure a building contractor. The selected consultant will be responsible for concept refinement, detailed architectural and engineering design, permitting support, and preparation of bid‑ready specifications and drawings. • Design services for demolition, new construction, and remodel of municipal facilities. • Deliver a full set of construction‑ready documents (drawings, specs, permits). • Work closely with city staff to ensure compliance with local codes and project goals.
