DODGE MOPAR OEM PARTS

The State Highway Patrol is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to furnish and deliver Genuine Dodge/Mopar OEM parts on an “as Needed” basis. The contract term will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. Vendors must submit their bids through the Sourcing Tool, and the State will evaluate bids based on factors such as price, quality, delivery, and service. • The contract will be for the provision of Dodge/Mopar OEM parts, with no maximum or minimum quantities guaranteed. • The State reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as needed. • Vendors must be registered with the State's eProcurement system and have a valid Vendor ID. • The State encourages Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) to participate in this procurement process. • Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to lobbying and conflict of interest.
