Standard Recovery - El Salvador (Follow-on)

The Export-Import Bank of the United States is seeking to award a sole source contract to La Cima International to provide asset protection and recovery services. The contract will involve collecting outstanding amounts owed to EXIM by the obligor/buyer and all guarantors in El Salvador. The services will include asset searches, site visits, negotiations, litigation, documentation of agreements, embargoing assets, and executing upon assets. The contract is expected to last for five years.
