Sarpy County Buildings Master Plan

The Sarpy County Facilities Master Plan project aims to maximize the utilization, efficiency, accessibility, and functionality of all Sarpy County buildings and office spaces. The selected consultant will conduct stakeholder interviews, assess current space utilization and future space requirements, and prepare a comprehensive master plan. The project includes tasks such as project management, stakeholder engagement, data collection and analysis, and recommendations for implementation. The consultant will work closely with County staff and stakeholders to ensure the master plan meets the County's needs.
