Used Oil and Fluid Waste Services

The State of Delaware is seeking vendors to provide collection, transportation, and recycling or disposal services for used motor oil, antifreeze, oily water, and related fluids. The contract will cover the requirements for all State Agencies and may be accessible to other entities. The vendor will be required to provide a plan describing collection, transport, and recycling/disposal methods and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The vendor will also be required to provide quarterly reporting and annual diversion numbers. Key considerations for the proposal evaluation include experience, environmental compliance, references, price, customer support, and reporting and communication.
