Defense Logistics Agency‑Troop Support (DLA‑TS) is conducting market research for a future long‑term contract to supply a broad range of wood products to customers in the Central Region of the United States, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. The RFI is purely informational; no award will be made now, but the agency plans a 100 % small‑business set‑aside solicitation that will be subject to the Trade Agreements Act. Respondents are asked to complete a nine‑question survey covering business size, product coverage, lead times, infrastructure, surge capability, and typical truckload quantities for 19 specific NSN‑identified wood items (poles, railroad ties, dimensional lumber, plywood, etc.).
