Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for commercial price list contracts. The contracts will be for class IX commercial items with high demand from the Department of War and its branches. The DLA is seeking capability packages from manufacturers, including small businesses and other socio-economic categories. The contracts will be firm-fixed price with economic price adjustments and will have a 10-year term with four base years and three two-year options.
• The DLA is seeking commercial price lists with part numbers, national stock numbers, manufacturer suggested retail prices, and historical demand.
• Interested firms must submit their capability packages in an .xlsx file with the specified particulars.
• The DLA is also seeking information on the firms' existing General Service Administration (GSA) contracts and their online portals for dealer/wholesale/distributors.
• The DLA wants to know if the firms can deliver items within 7-14 days and if they can provide Mil-Spec packaging.
