NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The White River Planning & Development District (WRPDD) seeks a qualified Certified Public Accountant (or a public accountant licensed on or before Dec 31 1970) to conduct an audit of the financial statements for both the White River Planning & Development District and the White River Regional Solid Waste District. The audit must comply with Government Auditing Standards, GAO continuing education requirements, and external peer‑review standards. The contract is for the fiscal year ending June 30 2026, with an option to extend for up to three additional fiscal years. Proposals are evaluated on prior experience, organization size/structure, qualifications, understanding of the work, and price. Submissions are due by 1 PM on May 21 2026. • Conduct a full financial audit of two distinct public entities. • Must meet GAO Government Auditing Standards and related continuing‑education and peer‑review obligations. • Single combined price to cover both audits; evaluation based on experience, qualifications, and cost.
