The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) is seeking proposals for the Bay Bridge Protection Project. The project involves the installation of protection structures to the piers closest to the main navigation spans of the Eastbound and Westbound Bay Bridges. The project will utilize the design-build contracting method and the "Competitive Sealed Proposals" procurement method. The selected design-builder will be responsible for completing all design and construction work in two phases: Phase IV Final Design and Phase V – Partnering during design and Construction.
