U.S. Air Force Active-Duty Recruiter Business Cards

The U.S. Air Force is seeking a contractor to produce business cards for active-duty recruiters. The scope of work includes composition, electronic prepress, on-line ordering, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. The contractor will receive approximately 20-350 on-line orders per month, with bi-monthly print orders issued for all on-line orders placed during the 1st through the 15th and 16th through the end of the month. The business cards will have five different card types with 250, 500, or 1,000 cards per individual name per on-line order. The trim size of the cards will be 3-1/2 x 2”. • The contractor will need to provide on-line ordering capabilities. • The contractor will need to handle bi-monthly print orders. • The contractor will need to produce business cards with varying quantities and card types. • The contractor will need to ensure timely distribution of the business cards.
