Food and Beverage Service Consultant for the Alliant Energy Center of Dane County

The County of Dane is seeking a food and beverage service consultant to assist with evaluating current food and beverage service operations, drafting and issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for food and beverage service, and assisting with all phases of the RFP process. The consultant will work with the Alliant Energy Center (AEC) management staff to create a RFP document, market the RFP, evaluate responses, and recommend a vendor. The consultant will also assist with term sheet negotiation and the transition process to the successful vendor. Key aspects of the job include: * Evaluating current food and beverage service operations at the AEC * Drafting and issuing a RFP for food and beverage service * Assisting with all phases of the RFP process, including marketing, evaluation, and recommendation * Negotiating term sheets and transitioning to the successful vendor * Working with AEC management staff to ensure a smooth process
