Snow Plowing Services

The City of Laconia is seeking bids for snow plowing services for the 2026-2027 winter season. The successful bidder will be responsible for plowing designated city parking lots, including City Hall, Main Street, Beacon Street West, Church Street, and several schools. The contractor must supply all necessary equipment and labor, and must be able to back drag plow areas without piling snow on curbs or walkways. The contract will be awarded to the responsible vendor submitting a conforming bid meeting specifications at the lowest cost. • The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for up to three additional one-year periods. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance satisfactory to the City of Laconia for General Liability, Workers Compensation, and Automobile. • The contractor must demonstrate past performance and capability to perform the contract. • The contractor must note how many locations they can complete, given time constraints, for any storm event. • The contractor must submit a listing of equipment to be used, which will be a consideration for award.
