Northwestern Michigan College is seeking a professional civil‑engineering firm to design and produce construction documents for the complete renovation of the Aspen Parking Lot in Traverse City, MI. The core scope includes demolition and replacement of asphalt pavement, drainage system upgrades, electrical connections for parking‑lot gates and lighting, and conduit installation for cameras and remote gate control. An optional alternate scope covers design and installation of a heated sidewalk and ADA‑compliant parking spaces. The awardee must deliver full construction‑document sets (“Full CDs”) for the primary (and any selected alternate) scope within roughly 30 days after contract award. The project will be followed by a separate Construction Manager‑at‑Risk contract for construction execution.
