6515--Portable (Ankle-Brachial Index) ABI Ultrasonic Vascular

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Portable (Ankle-Brachial Index) ABI Ultrasonic Vascular system for the Vascular Lab Department. The system should include a VL4062-G2-S ABI VascuLab G Portable ABI, a Surface Pro Tablet, and other accessories. The contract period is from 09/23/2026 to 12/22/2026. The offeror must provide a quotation for the required items and meet the salient characteristics specified in the attachment. • The system should have a 2-channel multi-port inflator and 2 color-coded bilateral hoses. • The system should have 8 MHz & 4 MHz bi-directional, continuous wave Doppler with integrated speaker. • The system should have 2-channel right/left arterial PPG clips and EZ-Clean, non-porous, quick-drying cuffs. • The system should be able to perform lower extremity and upper extremity physiologic/vascular assessments. • The system should have a Microsoft Surface Pro, 13” PixelSense, 10 Point, Multi-Touch Display, and 11th Gen Intel Core Processor.
