Deployable Instrument Landing System (D-ILS), EMCE Winch Parts

The United States Air Force is seeking companies that can provide specific EMCE parts used within the Deployable Instrument Landing System (D-ILS). The parts of interest include the Winch Model A35L DPL, Remote Controller, Instrument, Winch Controller, and Remote Control, Instrument, Winch Controller, Handheld. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to identify companies that could provide these parts when replacement parts are needed. • The EMCE winches are from a company located in the Netherlands, and originally procured through a US company that is no longer able to sell the parts to the US Government. • Interested parties may electronically submit a capabilities statement or other response to the identified Point of Contact. • All responses shall be unclassified and reviewed to ensure consideration of operational sensitivities. • Submissions will be evaluated solely to determine whether interested parties can sell these specific EMCE winch parts to the government on a competitive basis.
