Addendum No 1-Advanced Email Security

The State of West Virginia, through its Office of Technology, is seeking vendors to provide an open‑end contract for Advanced Email Security services layered on its existing Google Workspace environment. The primary goal is to detect and prevent phishing, business email compromise, and other email‑based threats that bypass native controls. The contract is structured as a one‑year term with optional yearly renewals for up to four additional years, covering approximately 22,000 mailboxes.
