The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking quotations for new Olympus‑brand gastroscope and colonoscope systems (including video system centers, flexible and slim colonoscopes, duodenoscopes, monitors, cables, converters, power supplies, and accessories) to replace and upgrade the Iowa City VA Healthcare System’s gastroenterology equipment. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, single‑award purchase with a 90‑day performance period after order receipt. The vendor must provide full delivery, installation, integration with the VA’s Provation EMR system, training for clinical, biomedical, and sterilization staff, a one‑year support program (repair, loaner, parts), and all required documentation, warranties, and compliance with FDA, DICOM, HL7, and VA security requirements.
