The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to execute the KC‑135 Center Console Refresh (CCR) Revision 2, addressing critical obsolescence in the aircraft’s fuel system, flight‑display system, flight computer, and adding an autothrottle capability. The effort will be delivered as a single‑award indefinite‑delivery/quantity contract with a 48‑month base period and up to six one‑year option periods, spanning an overall performance window from July 2028 to June 2038.
