R699--OnSite Contractor Representative (OSCR) to support Par Excellence Weight Based Point of Use (WBPOU) inventory systems Alexandria VAMC

The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) intends to negotiate a sole source firm-fixed price contract with GREENBRIER GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS INC. for the provision of an OnSite Contractor Representative (OSCR) to support Par Excellence Weight-Based Point of Use (WBPOU) inventory systems at the Alexandria VA Medical Center. The OSCR will provide full lifecycle support, troubleshooting, training, coordination, and reporting to ensure proper operation and sustainment of WBPOU bin/scale systems. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with four additional 12-month option periods. • The OSCR will deliver daily system monitoring, physical item handling, inventory accuracy validation, and communication with VA Supply Chain personnel. • The OSCR will troubleshoot and resolve issues with bin/scale units, address controller and system errors, and maintain a ready mobile troubleshooting kit. • The OSCR will provide training to secondary personnel in system operation and procedures. • The OSCR will collaborate with the VA Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and maintain weekly communication with the Par Excellence helpdesk.
