Operational Support Contracted Services (Opening #6)

The Education Service Center Region 13 (ESC Region 13) is seeking qualified vendors to provide operational support contracted services. The services include, but are not limited to, access control, air conditioning and heating maintenance, commercial ceiling tile services, commercial door maintenance, and more. The contract will be for a period of time, with the exact duration not specified. ESC Region 13 reserves the right to select the awarded vendor that best meets its needs, and there is no obligation or guarantee to use any particular awarded vendor. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible, and awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation. Some key points to consider: * The services included in this RFP do not include construction-related services, security guard services, staffing services, or educational/academic services. * Vendors must provide proof of licenses and certifications, and must comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations. * The vendor must guarantee that all personnel involved in delivering services are adequately trained and qualified for their roles. * The vendor must maintain all necessary records for a minimum of three years from the date of submission of the final financial report related to the federal award.
