SNOW KING HVAC REPLACEMENT

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking bids for the replacement of an HVAC unit at the Snow King Resort. The project involves disconnecting the old unit, installing a new 5-ton AC unit, and performing related work such as electrical disconnection, connections, and testing. The contractor will be responsible for old AC unit removal and disposal. The project requires adherence to National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Motorola R-56 standards. • The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on August 24, 2026. • The contractor must submit all materials and equipment for approval before purchasing or fabricating. • The contractor must provide submittal documentation to the department for review. • The contractor must warranty all work for a period of 6 months from the date of acceptance. • The contractor must document the project with as-built documentation, testing reports, and warranty support.
