K--Special Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a sole source contract to Day Management Corp for the purchase and installation of Law Enforcement Upfitting for 2 new F-150's. The upfitting includes emergency lighting, audible warning systems, control consoles, and other mission-specific equipment. The contract will be awarded under the authority of FAR subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and (ii), and the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) applies.
