REVERSE OSMOSIS MEMBRANES

The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking to purchase reverse osmosis membrane elements for use in brackish water treatment operations. The required membranes include 8-inch cellulose acetate membrane elements and 8-inch polyamide membrane elements. The contractor shall provide products that meet or exceed the minimum technical specifications listed in the solicitation. The products must be new, unused, non-refurbished, and current production. The contractor shall provide manufacturer product literature, technical data sheets, or other documentation sufficient to demonstrate that the quoted products meet or exceed the specifications. • The contractor shall provide 112 8-inch cellulose acetate membrane elements and 56 8-inch polyamide membrane elements. • The products shall meet the specifications listed in the solicitation, including service, membrane type, configuration, average salt rejection, minimum salt rejection, and maximum operating pressure. • The contractor shall deliver the products FOB Destination to the Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, no later than December 31, 2026. • The contractor shall protect all membrane elements from corrosion, deformation, contamination, drying, freezing, or other damage during storage, handling, and delivery.
