Website Design, Development, Hosting Solution, and Content Management System

The Southwest Wisconsin Technical College is seeking a qualified vendor to design, develop, implement, host, and support a new institutional website built on a modern Content Management System (CMS). The college wants to create a new website from the ground up, with the objective of delivering an accessible, mobile-first, and sustainable digital presence that serves the college's diverse audiences and supports enrollment growth and program discovery. The selected vendor will be responsible for discovery and research, information architecture, user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, CMS selection and configuration, content migration, accessibility validation, hosting, security, training, and ongoing post-launch support. The college is looking for a collaborative partner that can effectively engage with internal stakeholders, leverage best practices from higher education and the public sector, and deliver a sustainable solution that can be managed by non-technical staff over the long term.
