PUC27IT013 - KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit Renewal

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio is seeking a qualified Ohio‑certified Minority Business Enterprise to provide an annual maintenance and support renewal for the KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit. This contract will ensure continued operation of data‑integration pipelines between the PUCO’s systems and Salesforce, as well as various XML and application ETL processes. The work includes software updates, bug fixes, technical support, and possibly minor enhancements to keep the integration environment current throughout the contract year. • Provide all software updates and patches for the KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit for one year. • Deliver ongoing technical support (help‑desk, issue resolution) for ETL processes linking PUCO data to Salesforce and other systems. • Maintain documentation and assist with minor configuration changes or enhancements as needed. • Ensure compliance with the MBE set‑aside requirements (Ohio certified Minority Business Enterprise).
