RFP for municipal financing to support 2026 Polk County, WI capital projects

The County of Polk, Wisconsin is seeking proposals for debt financing in the amount of $2,250,000 to support the completion of capital projects in 2026. The loan proceeds will be used to finance public-sector capital projects, including infrastructure improvements, facilities upgrades, equipment acquisition, and other lawful capital expenditures. The proposed loan will have a repayment period of ten years.
